Newly remodeled kitchen, dining room and living room. Newly painted interior and new carpet in all rooms with WIFI and Streaming TV. You cannot go wrong with this house. Has all the amenities of home including fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ by the pool.
It is a short walk (approx 5 mins). Located on the quieter west end of the beach. This is the part of the beach families want to be in.

You will love this home with the private pool in fenced backyard.
The west end of PCB is a lot more private and the traffic is definitely much better. This is the part of the beach families want to be in. The beach is not overpopulated like the east side and the water is awesome.
Go snorkeling, fishing, swimming or just bake on the beach . You will always have a great time here.
No smoking. No pets. Spring Breakers considered.
