Our vacation home located in Montego Bay Community at 130th Street and Coastal is next door to Northside Park (there is a short-cut to the park in our backyard - you'll find "Sundaes In The Park" during summer; fireworks in July; kayak rentals; crabbing and fishing piers; picnic tables with grills; children's playground; softball and soccer fields; jogging and biking trails. Most guests prefer to bring their own linens/towels (2 queen; 2 twin; 1 full) - if this is not convenient, you have access to our LINEN CLOSET. We ask that any sheets/towels used be put in hamper or washing machine. Thank you - There are 3 TVs for your use: 52" living room; 39" guest bedroom; 30" master bedroom. We have streaming service with ROKU; NETFLIX; Paramount+ with Showtime; PBS; Peacock.
My daughter, Jane, and I have had upgrades to the vacation home this past winter including 52" TV; a dishwasher; new full size washer and dryer; and new flooring in living room, kitchen, hall. Our cleaning service follows enhanced cleaning practice recommended by CDC and is a text away if there is a problem with cleaning. We appreciate that you have chosen our vacation home and want you to enjoy your time to relax and enjoy the beach and everything Ocean City offers. Thank you.
Montego Bay Community is a quiet residential community with about 1500 homes and approximately 300 all-year residents. Residents have access to 2 pools from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend; the community also has pickleball court, tennis courts, shuffleboard and mini-golf all included. Make reservations at the Community Office 3 doors up from our vacation home. Enjoy your stay.
