Offering a blend of rustic and modern, this vacation rental boasts a variety of desirable amenities and features, including a well-equipped, full kitchen with all the appliances and accessories you need to prepare everything from your morning coffee to complete family dinners. Dine together at the adjacent table or step out onto the furnished deck for an alfresco experience with a view of the surrounding mountains. A high chair is provided for younger guests. Back inside, the main living area includes a wood-burning fireplace, a convenient desk and chair for your laptop if you need to catch up on some work, and a TV. The highlight of this home is the private indoor hot tub set between two bedrooms. Enjoy soothing soaks no matter the time of day or the season! THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not operational. There is parking for one vehicle in the garage located below the condo and one vehicle directly outside the garage. Any additional vehicles are advised to park in the free ski parking lot to the left of the condo. No parking passes are required. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
