This historic home features living areas that will take you back in time to life in 1900 Annapolis, yet offers basic modern amenities. The kitchen and dining area surround an original brick fireplace with plenty of space and all you need for preparing treats for the crew. The private sunroom with comfy sofas and a desk look out over the brick courtyard. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy a fun book or an entertaining movie or show on the smart TV with cable and streaming. The fully-appointed kitchen has been updated and has all the essentials for you to prepare delicious homemade meals and treats for the crew. Outside, you will discover a small side/backyard for outdoor enjoyment and dining alfresco. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming is available using your own accounts. The wood fireplace is ornamental only and not for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
