This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the beautiful neighborhood of Rosemary Gardens is centrally located in the heart of Silicon Valley, minutes away from downtown San Jose, San Jose Int'l airport, Japan Town, and more. The owner has his own full bathroom, and the other full bathroom is shared between the other two guestrooms. Guests are welcome to use the living room area, the kitchen, and backyard with amenities. In addition, high speed Wi-Fi (1GBPS) makes it perfect for those who WFH. I will be looking forward to your stay in this exciting location! HOUSE RULES: - Please PARK ON THE STREET (for FREE) in front of the property, not in front of neighboring homes (If possible. If not, please DO NOT BLOCK anyone's driveway or car). - Visitors or extra guests are NOT ALLOWED. - Please REMOVE SHOES at the front door. - Please respect listed QUIET HOURS and CHECK OUT time. No conversations in shared spaces, laundry, kitchen use (cooking, washing, etc) during quiet hours. Fridge access okay. - If central AC / heating is in use, please ensure all WINDOWS are CLOSED. - Please TURN OFF LIGHTS when not in use. - Please WASH your DISHES after use. - Guests are permitted to one load of laundry (QUICK WASH setting) per WEEK. Long term stays are limited to 1 FREE WASH / WEEK. Detergent available under dryer drawer. Please DO NOT do laundry after quiet hours. - Please DO NOT plug in or turn on the in-wall AC unit, as it may leak water. The home has central AC which can be utilized if necessary.
