Here’s a quick look at the layout and features of the home: Two bright living rooms, welcoming space with a comfy sofa. A kitchen fully equipped with all the cooking essentials. Three bedrooms, each with comfortable beds, fresh linens, pillows, and extra blankets. Closets provide space for your belongings. Two and a half bathrooms clean, well-stocked bathrooms with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Washer and dryer available for your convenience, along with detergent. Please note: The garage and the north end of the backyard are not part of the guest space. The owner may occasionally access these areas to retrieve items in the garage and utilize the plane parked in the backyard, but your privacy will always be respected. Hi, I'm Brennan! I'm a lifelong Alaskan, born and raised right here in the beautiful Mat-Su Valley. I live in Wasilla with my wife Sierra and our sweet 8-year-old Lab mix, Ky. We’re excited to open our home to guests during the summer months. This is my first time hosting, and I’m looking forward to sharing this peaceful lakeside retreat with others who want to experience Alaska.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect blend of peaceful lakefront living and convenient access to everything Wasilla has to offer. Being right on Lake Lucille means we get to enjoy stunning sunsets, calm mornings on the water, and even floatplanes taking off in the distance. It’s a friendly, quiet area where you can unwind, watch wildlife, or go for a paddle—all while being just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and trailheads. I love the sense of calm here and the way nature feels so close, yet the town is never far when you need it. It's the best of both worlds!
