If you're looking for room for the group to be together, yet spread out with private, self-contained spaces, look no further. Dream Harbor House and Cottage combines a studio and house into one perfect vacation rental for the whole family. In the upstairs studio, awaken to a lovely view of the water in the lofted sleeping space. The main house features one private bedroom with a queen, a lofted space with a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room. When it's meal time, the studio features a full kitchen (minus a dishwasher), perfect for prepping snacks, and the main home's kitchen features a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space for prep. Eat together at the adjacent dining table for six, or head outside to dine alfresco on the deck. Spend the day hiking or biking nearby, or visit Acadia National Park, 30 miles away. Unwind in the main home's clawfoot tub, and after a good soak, snuggle up together on the sofa and stream your favorite shows on the flatscreen before heading to bed. The studio features a comfortable couch and flatscreen TV too, so no problem if you can't agree on what to watch. Before bed, step outside onto the deck together and admire the gorgeous sunset while you toast your good luck at booking the perfect waterfront getaway. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
