EAGLES NEST is an easy walk to the local spa, fishing pier, farmers market, grocery store, eateries and restaurants, offering the best of everything. Pull up the concrete driveway and stash the boards on the four surfboard racks or shower after a day in the sun, before heading inside and choosing one of the four comfortable bedrooms, including two master bedrooms. This home features a spacious great room with cathedral ceilings and skylights. For relaxation, your family will appreciate the 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, CD/stereo, and 5G wireless internet for your laptop and a well-stocked kitchen. Outside, cook up a seafood feast on the BBqueen or simply recline and unwind on the furnished new decks, including a west deck for fantastic sunsets, and an east deck for breezy sunrises. With plenty of room for the whole family, and fast easy access to all of Avon's charming attractions, you'll want to return again and again to EAGLES NEST. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
