Located in the peaceful, historic and trendy East Hill neighborhood near downtown and just 10 min from Pensacola Beach and the Airport! Great neighborhood to walk around with plenty of parks with basketball courts and a baseball field, a Publix, and Cafe down the block if you want to walk over and get your morning fix of coffee and places to eat.
