Property information

Large and comfortable 1 bedroom with a queen bed in the lower level! Metro 1 Minute walk. Simple kitchenette for light meal prep. No stove. Full bath and full-size washer/dryer. Convenience at its best. Roku Tv with Netflix and Sling included. No stairs. The upper door is locked with a deadbolt. ~ Pets: Extra fee ~Parking – In front of the home (permit required, nightly fee applies). Must be arranged in advance. You can also park at the metro (daily fee applies).

Neighbourhood information

Your entrance is the lower entrance. Do not park in the driveway. It’s for the main level. You can park across the home after 6. And the metro station has free parking on weekends.
