Welcome to Eden by the Farm! The modern oasis located just a short walk to Farm 12 and Fika coffee shop. This cozy 3bd, 2bath home is perfect for everyone seeking a comfortable stay with easy access to the highway. Enjoy a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a charming dining space. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed ensuring everyone feels at home. Step outside and the Foothills Trail is right there, perfect for hiking, biking and exploring beautiful surroundings. Born and raised in Eastern Europe, living most my adult life in Puyallup. I’m always excited for new things and new places, I do work in construction and love to see the transformation of any project I take in. This house was a project ! 100 plus years old home got renovated to accommodate a comfortable living.
Foothills Trail is right behind the house. Farm 12 and Fikka coffe shop up the street (walking distance).The House is conveniently located min to the Hwy 512 or 167., and just a short drive of 5to 7 min to State Fair.
