Born and raised in Louisville Kentucky. I moved to Nashville about 20 years ago. I work as a respiratory therapist and am CPR certified . My partner Jose moved here a year ago from Fort Worth Texas. Currently he is pursuing his degree in marketing. We are both easy-going, friendly people.  Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If there's anything specific you need during your time here, such as extra towels, toiletries, or kitchen supplies, and recommendations just let us know. We'll do our best to provide those items or information for you promptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Shelby Hills, located adjacent to Shelby Park, offers residents convenient access to a boat ramp for water activities on the Cumberland River. Kayak tours to downtown are available via local kayak companies. The neighborhood is known for its safe environment, ensuring peace of mind for residents. It is experiencing growth with the emergence of new luxury homes, adding a touch of elegance to the area. In addition, residents can enjoy a fishing pond and a network of walking trails within Shelby Park, providing opportunities for outdoor recreation. For added convenience, Roy's Meat Service, a full-service convenience store, is just 2 blocks away. They are a full-service butcher with craft beer and delicious breakfast sandwiches making it a favorite spot for locals. Ask us how to receive 10% off your purchases at Roy’s. We offer convenient street parking in front of the building. However, it is important to note that there are rocks in place to prevent cars from damaging the landscaping. While the street does not have a high volume of traffic, it is advisable to be cautious while parking with barriers present.
