Experience the ultimate getaway at our newly rebuilt, elegant, cozy, super clean, NON SMOKING/VAPING home. Our ONE story duplex is centrally located within minutes to theme parks(35), beaches(45), dinning(2), shopping(5), UCF(4), Airport (25)and more. The space was thoughtfully designed with you in mind. 2Queen beds/2baths, plenty of natural light, office area, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite delicious meals, just bring your ingredients and make yourself home! To keep the property at its best for our guests , we don't allow any smoking/vaping/drugs INSIDE /OUTSIDE or nearby. We are unable to accommodate animals. This is a PRIVATE PROPERTY, and parties are no allowed inside or outside. Please be kind and considerate of our neighbor's kids, peace and safety. We have EXTERIOR security cameras all around the property recording 24/7 for security purposes and rules compliance. We want you to come to a nice place and experience Florida at its best.

The duplex is located in the east side of Orlando, close to the University of Central Florida. The neighborhood is mostly duplexes, multifamily. Being close to the university makes it a lively area where there are a lot restaurants near and also a shopping center. Public transportation is accessible. We love our neighbors and we want to keep their comfortable lifestyle without any disturbance, so please be mindful and follow the rules for a enjoyable stay.
