The large family room with sun galore boasts one sofa, one recliner, one oversized rocker, and one overstuffed chair with ottoman, which are the epitome of relaxation and comfort. The wood-burning fireplace is in charge to keep everybody warm during your stay and the flatscreen TV will keep everyone entertained no matter what. Just off the living room is the formal dining room with a rustic table for eight. A wood-burning fireplace right next to the dining table will add warmth during your dinners. The fully-equipped kitchen has every item that you need to create wonderful meals including a Keurig coffee maker with an adapter for regular coffee. Challenge your friends to a ping-pong tournament using the ping-pong table available in the garage; all you have to do is unfold it to play. Outside, the large deck offers plenty of seating to chill and relax, a picnic table and benches,a round rod iron table with four chairs, a gas grill, and your very own private hot tub. From here you can view the lake, the Town of Estes Park and Prospect Mountain. And that's not it! This charming mountain getaway allows dogs, so don't hesitate to bring the family dog with you.
