We are the Baldecchi family that moved to Texas in 2011 and bought this lovely lake home in 2021. I am Julie and my husband Gianni own's Sorrento Ristorante in the Montrose area of Houston and we are blessed with a son Marcus currently attending university.

Property information

Portofino Seaside Escape is a beatifully maintained two-story home with a spacious deck and balcony with Bay and garden views located in the coastal town of Seabrook, Texas.

Neighbourhood information

Seabrook is home to the Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail and is full of coastal small-town charm and which is great for all outdoor activities like fishing, boating and other watersports as well as seasonal boat and classic car shows. Conveniently over the bridge from the bustling Kemah Boardwalk, it is nestled between Galveston and Houston which makes is a great location to visit Johnson Spacecenter and the greater metropolitan area.
