We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. • Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation. • Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests. • How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Costa Lago St, Spring Valley, CA 91977" for accurate distances. • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day. • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking. • Can I have guests come over? Yes, please update your guest count and keep activities low noise. Message us if the guest count is over the platform limit. We can still allow extra guests for a small fee. Each visitor (a non-overnight guest) is counted as half a guest. • How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products. • Security devices? One security camera: Front door only. Record the activities of the pathway from the driveway to the front door 24/7 to protect the guests and the home. One noise decibel monitor: Outside the house. The Minute device only measures the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged noise. The space • Fully Stocked Kitchen w Coffee, Cooking Supplies • Gated backyard with Grill • Pets are allowed • 5-10 mins to shopping centers, and local restaurants. • King Bedroom with Workspace and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt. THE LIVING AREA The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a game console. FULL BATHROOM Fully-stocked Bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and everything you need: shampoo, body wash, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels. PARKING We will give you 1 assigned driveway parking on the left side of the driveway. There are also ample street parking for extra 2-3 cars. REMOTE WORKING Fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, easily fast enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy. Guest access You have access to the entire studio on the left side of the property with your own gated yard, 1 assigned parking. There is a main house on the right that has their own yard and parking.

Key-related issues: • If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside. A minimum of 100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc. Pet Reminder: If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints
