This unit is recently renovated with new appliances, marbled quartz countertops, and includes high-speed internet and an in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked. If you decide to go downtown for some additional fun, it's just a short 5-minute Uber or car ride away. You can walk to a several of our favorite neighborhood bars or take a 5-minute uber to the hip Over the Rhine district for dinner and drinks. Because the neighborhood is on a hill, we recommend using an Uber or a car to get downtown. It takes about five minutes. Or, from our place you can walk to Eden Park, the Art Museum, and several of our favorite bars and cafes such as Bowtie Cafe and the Blind Lemon. 3-minute walk to Mount Adams Bar and Grill.
