The outdoor adventures within Pocono Mountains await at this cozy 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation rental in a well-managed Pocono Farms community. Our cozy farmhouse has open-concept living and dining areas. Nearby, you can hike the trails of Tobyhanna State Park, shop at the outlets and antique shops, go river-rafting & outdoor adventure with your group, and take a chance in the casino.

Additional House Rules 1. NO SMOKING in the house. Any evidence of smoking, vaping, marijuana, or tobacco found outside of the designated receptacle will result in a fine. /2. NO events, parties, large gatherings, or loud music are allowed. /3. QUIET HOURS INCLUDING HOT TUB: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. /4. Shoes: Please TAKE OFF shoes when entering our home. /5. Fireworks are NOT permitted in the community. An automatic fine will be administered and possible additional fines and legal action. /6. Fireplace: CLOSED between May 15 and September 30. /7. The Barbeque grill should be cleaned after use. /8. NO weapons of any kind on the property. /9. A violation of the house rules can lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. /10. You agree to book in goodwill and you will keep the property undamaged otherwise you will be charged for the cost of recovering damage. /11. The host must be notified of any abnormal conditions or damages occurring during the guests' stay. If you damage the property and the next guest asks for a discount or refund, you are responsible for the costs. /12. Must be at least 21 years old to book with a condition of the owner's right to refuse it. /13. Illegal use of Wi-Fi/Internet networks will never be allowed. Any copyright infringement or illegal use of the internet is subject to a fine. /14. The guests should RESPECT and follow all community guidelines. /15. The guest must provide the first names, last names, and ages of every guest 5 business days before arrival. Otherwise, amenity access will not be allowed and you may be disrupted by community officers.
