This sweet, upgraded cottage nestled on Brant Lake's western shoreline offers you a direct lakefront location, beautiful views, and access to your own sandy beach! It's located off of a back road on a cul-de-sac for maximum safety and privacy and all on one level with a nicely flowing floorplan. Outdoors, youngsters will love the level yard, and everyone can enjoy the patio with seating next to the water, plus the private dock where you can enjoy some water activities with the 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, a canoe, and a rowboat available. There's an additional association beach available to visit nearby. Back inside, you'll find a great room that looks out over the deck and lake. Flatscreen TVs with DVD players and cable are in three bedrooms, so there are a variety of entertainment choices for the whole household. Grab your crew and make vacation memories! Things to Know Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning. *Trash service is not available at this property. As with many remote homes in the Adirondack Park, this is a carry-in, carry-out location. This property is managed by Vacasa New York LLC. Susan E.
