You will be located 3 blocks from both the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations, 15 minutes away from the White House, The United States Capitol and the Georgetown University. Close to bars, restaurants and supermarket. We do not provide wash cloth. Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature.
