This home is equipped for comfort with essentials such as a full kitchen, free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and a split air-conditioning system with units in the living room and each bedroom. THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental is for the lower-level apartment only. Owners may occupy the main house at any given time. Beach access is shared with owners. Construction near the beach is ongoing, but it is still accessible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
