My name is Paul. I really enjoy meeting people and introducing them to Franklin Terrace Bed & Breakfast this “Grand Old Lady of Franklin” with her charming rooms and comfortable setting. Cooking with recipes handed down from my 80+ year old mother. Carrying on her tradition of providing a wonderful, cozy, stay in this lovely old building.

We are just a step from Historic downtown Franklin with shops, museums, restaurants, and many interesting sites. Mother Natures Playground, close to gemming, beautiful waterfall biking, hiking white water rafting, antiquing, live theatre, and so many enjoyable things to keep you busy or just relaxing with a beverage on the porch, a book in front of the fireplace, or conversations with other guest from all over the world. Breakfast will not disappoint you, with home make jams, breads, a special casseroles. Waiting to welcome you.
