As soon as you enter, you will discover a bright and spacious open floor plan. The living area invites you to spread out comfortably and enjoy an entertaining time with your loved ones. Curl up on the sofa and stream a fun movie or show on the smart TV after a refreshing time in the community pool. The open kitchen has all stainless steel appliances to prepare exquisite homemade meals. Sliding glass doors lead you to the sunny back patio, which offers a welcoming seating area with an outdoor dining table. All three bedrooms are located upstairs for added privacy. The main bedroom enjoys a TV and an en suite bath. There is a washer/dryer on this level as well. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property doesn't have cable. The garage is not for guest parking. There is a 100 dollars fee for any lost/stolen pool fobs. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
