This lovely Marco Island home on Hickory CT is just 1.4 miles to JW Marriott. Great location for a short drive to Marco Island shops & restaurants! Close to tigertail (2.5 mi) beach and sunset beach (2 mile) (my favorite!!) I love this cute neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and amazing intercoastal waters in the backyard for some nice fishing time! (No Boat Dock!) 🌅Pool and Lanai 🏊 Private Pool and Lanai – Breathtaking intercoastal water views 🏊 You may see the beautiful intercoastal water creatures like stingray and porpoise
