The interior floor plan features an open and airy living/dining concept with vaulted ceilings, tasteful furnishings, an open hearth gas fireplace, a breakfast bar with two stools, a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area including a dishwasher, and a dining table with ample seating for four, one bedroom with 1-king sized bed plus its own gas fireplace (romantic!) and one full bath en-suite, plus an additional ¾-bath with a laundry cubby that includes a full-size washer/dryer. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals another large bedroom with 1-king sized bed and yet another ¾-bath.. check out that tile work! Outside the back door is a privacy-fenced deck with a private hot tub. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions), Wi-Fi equipped, and monitored vacation property will sleep up to 4 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
