PET POLICY: Max of 2 house-trained dogs under 40 Ibs with a $150 fee per pet (7 days or less). Pets must be leashed outdoors, kenneled if left unattended, and kept off furniture. Guests must clean up after pets, prevent excessive noise, and cover any damages. Unreported pets incur a $500 fee.

Early check-in 12 PM for $50 (if available).

Late check-out at 12 PM is available for $50, subject to availability. Check-out times are strict, and overstays will incur a $75/hour fee. Late check-outs are not available in June, July, or August due to high demand.
