Pet policy • Pet Fee applies. Allowed Pets: Small-breed dogs only. Larger breeds require prior approval. - Supervision: Pets must be leashed outside and crated if left alone indoors. Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after pets both indoors and outdoors; waste must be disposed of properly. Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in early termination without refund. Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage. Supplies: Guests must bring their own pet supplies. Food and water bowls, dog towels, and bedding are not provided. • External security cameras are located on front of house facing street, and back of house facing street. There are no interior cameras or cameras facing the interior. • Please be aware that while we strive to accurately represent our property in photos and descriptions, minor variations may occur.
