Neighbourhood information

North Buffalo is a fantastic location in our fine city. The street is very quiet and located within walking distance of some great places to dine (About 1 mile walk to Hertel Ave/Parkside area). Just down the street (5 min walk) on Kenmore Ave is one of the most popular Italian restaurants in all of the city: Sinatra's. A new gourmet hot dog joint called Franks and Yummy Thai. Uber and Lyft work great if you don't have a car. This house is located right near a bus line as well (1/2 block away) should you want to access public transportation. The bus can then take you to University at Buffalo south campus which has a stop on the metro rail. The train can then take you to Downtown. The Theater district, the waterfront/canalside and Key bank center (where concerts and NHL hockey games are held).
