Hello, My wife Amanda and I currently live in beautiful Denver CO however, our roots grow deep in MS! Both of us were born and raised in Madison MS and I have family all along the MS gulf coast. Since my youth I have spent countless years on the MS Coast, from Christmas’s with Grandparents to working summer jobs at Marine Life before Katrina. Whether it’s a long holiday weekend or a whole spring break, my family loves spending time on the coast and that is what inspired us to purchase our condo. We were inspired by the lyrics in a Jimmy Buffett song to name our condo “Latitude”. The songwriter Buffett claims that a Change in Latitude equals a change in Attitude, and we truly believe when you enter the door of Latitude your whole attitude changes. An attitude of carefree, relaxation and enjoyment are the feeling we strive for our guest to feel. To help guarantee our guest the above mentioned “attitude change” we have spared no expense on renovations including top of the line appliances, amenities, and finishes. Legacy Towers is a private gated community with 24hr security and is located directly across from the beach on Hwy 90 in Gulfport. You are within driving distance to everything the Gulf Coast has to offer including breathtaking views of the Gulf and the beautiful sugar-white beaches. Parking is available free of charge. There is guest parking in the adjacent lot as well as a garage parking. (Please do not park in any spot with a blue "Reserved Parking" sigh) There is a covered walkway from the parking garage to the Legacy Tower entrance and elevator. Uber is also available in the area, as well as Coast Transit Authority public transportation with a stop at the property.
