Stepping through the double French doors, you'll find Gulf views from the balcony of this cheery Caribbean corner condo. Inside, the home features smart furnishings, beautiful floors, and a full kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the utensils you'll need to cook an extraordinary meal for your guests. Head down to the water for an afternoon playing in the surf then spray off the sand with the outdoor shower before kicking back with a good book and an iced tea out on the balcony. Things to Know Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs). The daily timeframe of construction for the stairs will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays). Guests must travel by car to reach this condo. A sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. Outlet covers are available to protect younger guests. This is a non-smoking property. No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
