BEDROOM & BATHROOM Comfort awaits on a king bed in the bedroom, complete with a big closet. The beautifully updated bathroom features a walk-in shower. EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS Unreserved parking is available for one vehicle in the open parking lot. A coin-operated communal washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and beach gear are provided. This second-floor unit can be accessed via elevator or stairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
