Happy House is a spectacular three-story cottage that boasts 8 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, making it the perfect vacation home for families or large groups. With over 4,500 square feet this home offers sunny, spacious rooms, porch accessible bedrooms, a sundeck, and the beach is just a short walk away! The first floor features a living room with an electric fireplace and a spacious great room with cathedral wood ceilings—replete with plenty of windows that allow for natural light to flow into the space. Here guests will find plenty of comfortable seating, as well as a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen and dining area are located just off the living room. The kitchen comes replete with stainless-steel appliances, a walk-in pantry and breakfast bar. The spacious dining room features a table that can seat 22 guests. For your convenience, there is a laundry room on this level. The second floor boasts a den with a TV, sofa, as well as a sleeper sofa. There is a second laundry room with sink on this level. At the end of a day exploring Tybee Island, guests can get some rest in one of eight comfortable bedrooms. For your convenience, the cottage has off-street parking for 4-5 cars, and an 8' privacy fence in the backyard.
