Perfect for families, friends, or business travelers—just minutes from downtown Dayton. Bedrooms: Main floor – 1 king & 1 queen bedroom. Basement – 1 queen bedroom. Living room – queen pull-out sofa for extra guests. Bathrooms: full bath (tub/shower combo) upstairs, walk-in shower downstairs. Enjoy a spacious living room with Smart TV, dining room featuring a fun “in the clouds” ceiling inspired by Dayton’s aviation heritage, and a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials. Coffee bar includes Keurig & drip machine, coffee, creamers, sugar & syrups. Entertainment options include a basement sauna, poker room with table, arcade game, Smart TV & barware—perfect for game nights. The heated inground pool (optional fee) features lounge chairs, a gas fire pit & propane grill for outdoor fun. Laundry on the main floor, 3-car garage + free street parking. Explore Dayton’s best attractions nearby—Dayton Art Institute, Oregon Historic District, RiverScape MetroPark, and the world-famous National Museum of the U.S. Air Force. ⚠️ House Rules: Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Noise sensors monitor levels (no audio recorded). A fine for violations. No indoor smoking (a fine for cleaning fee). Smoking outside allowed. No parties, drugs, or underage drinking. 🐾 Max 2 dogs (with an additional fee). Extra dogs require approval (and additional fee). Undisclosed pets will result in a fine. No cats.
