The home has two bedrooms (one queen and one full-sized bed) and one bathroom. The walls of the living room and bedrooms are decorated with art painted by the owner, a graduate of Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD). There is a full kitchen for guests to use, including a table and chairs. A recently installed heating and air conditioning system guarantees a comfortable experience throughout the year, regardless of the outside temperature. A washer and dryer are available in a shed in the backyard. There is a fenced-in patio behind the home that is shared with the other duplex unit. A huge oak overhangs the yard, providing shade and character. Short-Term Vacation Rental Certificate: SVR-02503 Must be 25 or older to book. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Quiet hours after 10 pm until 8am. Guests may be asked to keep noise levels down, especially if there are nearby neighbors. No parties or events are allowed in the house without prior permission from the homeowner. Any unauthorized gathering will result in a fine of USD 1000. Smoking and leaving cigarette butts inside or outside the house is prohibited. A fine of USD 500 will be charged for any violation of this rule. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. There will be an additional charge of USD 25 per night for each extra guest. All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure. Pets are not allowed. Please return the keys back to the lock box. There will be a USD 50 fee for missing keys. Guests are not allowed to move the furniture under any circumstances. Please be advised that moving the furniture will result in a penalty of USD 250.
