Welcome to our Holy City Bungalow! Centrally located 2 exits (6 min.) from historic Charleston AND 10 min. to the airport. This home features a stocked kitchen, a cozy living room, record player and a smart TV; two queen rooms, dining room, a private back yard, WiFi, parking, and more! Both the front and back yard are fenced in and pets are welcome! Believe it or not, this home is over 80 years old, it was built during WWII as housing for Naval officers. We wanted to modernize the house while keeping some of its old charm. If you look in some of the doorways, you’ll see some of the original knobs and hardware. This home has all the modern comforts you could ask for, but still has the charm of an old Charleston home peaking through. The decor is very masculine (lots of leather and metal finishes) but the exterior of the home is blanketed with flowers and feminine touches.
We are here for you for anything you need before or during your stay. Just message us on the app or text or call once you receive our number. We live nearby and can help with most anything you need!
Centrally located between the CHS Airport and historic downtown Charleston, and only minutes from Park Circle in North Charleston, this home is perfectly located for your Low Country getaway! Also only 25 minutes to Folly Beach, and 35 minutes to Isle of Palms beach (depending on traffic). The home is just off of Interstate 26 making getting around the Holy City a breeze. There are cameras on the exterior of the property:) Please also note that this is not the best neighborhood in Charleston, it is older and filled with working class people, so if you need your neighbors to be fancy in order to feel safe, please consider another place.
