Located in the heart of Hollywood, this charming home and creative oasis is within walking distance of everything interesting and beautiful in Hollywood. Its conveniently located on a private tucked away street providing you privacy, inspiration and convenience! This has also been a 5 Star rated property on Airbnb for the last 8 yrs! FUN HOLLYWOOD FACTS: this is the former home to a young Marilyn Monroe, and also was the house that the Showtime show, The Real L Word, was filmed. Lots of creative energy and inspiration here! There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer that you are welcome to use if needed. You will also have access to all the common areas of the main house including the kitchen lounge, living room, oversized full kitchen, guest bathroom and shower as well as a private front patio lounge area, and a back deck outdoor space and lounge area, which features a garden and plenty of seating. Shay is available on site for any questions, recommendations, or additional accommodations during your stay. There are also a couple of small and very sweet dogs, Juno & Luna, that are happy to greet you when you arrive as well.
The main host, Shay, is an AIRBNB Superhost, with over 14 yrs hosting her homestay in Hollywood. She is also a Multimedia Music Producer, Singer/Songwriter, Experience Designer, and plant enthusiast. Shay is very proud to share the tranquil secret oasis she has created in the heart of Hollywood!
The home is smack dab in the heart of Hollywood! Close to the famous Arclight Cinemas, Griffith Park & Observatory, Runyan Canyon, Hollywood Blvd Walk of Stars, Hollywood Farmers Market, Highland Centre and El Capitan Theater, The Palladium, Amoeba Music, Farmers Market on Vine, Pantages Theater and more!
