Water and snacks are provided as well most of the time. - No smoking inside the house of any kind (vape, cigarettes, cigars, hookah, cannabis, etc). Any evidence or smell of smoke of any kind will result in an automatic deep cleaning fee of 400USD. All smoking has to be done on the driveway or in the backyard away from the house. - Please make sure the reservation includes the correct number of people staying. Please include everyone that will NOT be staying but just visiting as well. Your reservation will be updated if more people are observed than disclosed on the reservation which may include extra charges. - Event fees will be case by case depending on number of guests. 250USD Event fee is the standard fee for all events with more than 12 people but can be altered by the host. All events will be 21 years or older events. No minors are allowed at any event unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. - A pet fee is required if you bring a pet. 99USD is the fee per stay. Limit of 2 pets per 99USD. It will be 50USD for every pet after that per stay. Be sure to add the pet to your reservation.
