Situated in a highly sought-after neighborhood in Rowlett, your vacation home will be in a growing up-scale community, located right 8 minutes WALK from Lake Ray Hubbard, Our back yard gate leads directly to the official Rowlett Nature Hiking Trail! perfect for walking and jogging, yet few minutes drive, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. You’ll also be 40 minutes to DFW Airport and just 25 to downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum.
