This tremendous property and the one next door were built in 2023 and boast 3 bedrooms each, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Each house features excellent amenities such as a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and WiFi. With 2 bathrooms in each home, upgraded appliances, and an open floor plan, you'll have everything you need for a convenient stay. Plus, there's additional sleeping options in the living room. The homes are less than 5 minutes from Lecom Park, Bradenton Riverwalk, and Downtown Bradenton, 12 minutes from IMG, and 16 minutes from Bradenton Beach. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. There's a community police station next to the park and across from a church. Street parking is strictly enforced as the streets are smaller than most but the property offers ample parking and the church parking lot is available as well. (Except on Sundays)
