The living room offers ample seating on multiple couches and chairs, elegant ocean-themed artwork, and a beautiful area rug with a nautical sensibility. Natural light pours in through a row of skylights, and two AC units add comfort. Kick back and watch shows on the 54” flat-screen TV. The window-lined dining area seats eight, and the newly remodeled kitchen is a dream to cook in. Highlights include a double-door fridge, recessed lighting, tile floors, and dishwasher.
