This Gulf-front condo is located on the second floor. The condo has porcelain tile in all rooms except the bedrooms, which have carpet. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator, along with all of the dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances needed to prepare and serve meals. The kitchen includes a bar area with three stools for additional seating. The dining room has a glass-topped table. The living/dining areas have two large windows and a sliding glass door to access the large balcony, with dramatic views of the Gulf and an 80-foot pool. The living room has a queen sofa bed, sofa, and easy chair, along with a 40-inch LCD HD TV and CD player. The bedrooms have TVs with CD players. The condo is equipped with high-speed WiFi and local telephone service. A washer/dryer is included. Things to Know Beach service is available from March 1st through October 31st. There are no parking spaces for boats, trailers, or RVs.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
