A Beachside Oasis, for a perfect vacation! Just steps from the beach & the pool! Relax & enjoy yourself in this 2 BR/2 bath condo w/2 screened lanais to enjoy your morning coffee or the gorgeous sunsets. Sleeps up to 4 adults. Little Gasparilla Island is a bridgeless, barrier island. No cars, no lines, no crowds. You'll have the beach mostly to yourself. Ferry & mainland parking included. All linens, beach chairs, umbrella, paddle boards, & beach toys provided. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Message us if looking for a shorter or last minute stay. Fully renovated after hurricane Ian in 2022.
We offer direct check-in using the instructions that will be sent prior to your stay. Just unload, park and take the ferry and use your personal code to gain access to the unit. Our property manager is near and can answer questions or help if needed. We are always available by phone/text/email if needed.
The condo is in the Placida Beach Club on Little Gasparilla Island. There is a sandy road that runs north and south on the island. There are private docks available for rent per night on the bay side, and miles of quiet beach on the gulf side. Hurricane Ian stripped a lot of foliage but it's growing back quickly. This unit has been fully restored with new kitchen and new furniture. Mainland parking near the ferry dock is included with reservation for our guests. The ferry ride is also included and runs on the hour in season. Once on the island, you can rent a golf cart for a day or just enjoy a leisurely walk along the sandy roads and paths that meander through the island and beaches. There are no automobiles, stores, or restaurants on the island. Overnight golf cart rentals are prohibited for guests per Placida Beach by laws.
