*Notice of construction in this listing. Kamaole Sands Resort is located in South Maui in a town called Kihei and just across the street from Kamaole III Beach. This is a perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and spotting sea turtles!  It is close to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many of Maui's top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach.  Kamaole Sands is 15 acres of tropical grounds that features four tennis courts, an expansive pool area with wading pool, two spas, exercise facility, and BBQ with outdoor dining area.    *Kamaole Sands charges a resort fee, which is already included in your reservation total—we’ll take care of this on your behalf. The fees break down as follows: -Resort Registration Fee: 35 dollars -Resort Fee: 41.67 dollars This brings the total check-in fees (with tax) to 76.67 dollars (This does not include any applicable credit card fees.) Kamaole Sands 7-103 has a split A/C system in the living area, is a 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo situated on the ground floor level and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Beautiful garden views await you to enjoy paradise from the comforts of your private lanai. Dine al fresco on your private lanai overlooking the lush and well cared for grounds of the resort. Or enjoy meals inside the condo at the dining table that seats 4. The interior provides all the comforts of home: a convenient and well stocked kitchen, countertop seating, comfortable living area with a 55" TV and complimentary Wi-Fi.   This unit features a King bed in the bedroom as well as a Queen sofa sleeper in the main living area to comfortably accommodate a total of 4 guests. With 2 separate bathrooms, this unit is perfect for couples travelling together or families! The main bedroom also includes a 55" TV for your enjoyment.

Additional Description: Our on-island team will provide the unit with a beach towel and beach chair for each guest, plus a cooler to take to the beach during your visit. In addition, we will provide one-time starter items for your convenience: dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. There will also be a one-time starter kit of Maui-made Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. There will be construction occurring at Kamaole Sands from April 2024 to December 2025. This includes work on waste water pipes, replacement of PVC pipes within bathroom and kitchen walls, and roof replacements. Throughout this period, there might be noise due to construction activities, and parking availability could be limited. During the roof and pipe project, large sections of the parking lot will need to be closed to accommodate work crews, equipment, and material staging. Closed sections will be marked and notices posted. To minimize parking problems, the property will temporarily suspend all deeded parking and will implement an open parking policy effective April 1, 2024. The open parking policy applies to the ENTIRE PROPERTY.  All vehicles must be registered and display a parking permit. Any cars parked in these colored areas that are preventing the contractors from staging their materials are subject to Tow at the guest's expense.
