This bright and airy condo has a great location just steps from Kamaole II Beach Park, a wonderful white sand beach great for swimming, sunbathing and spotting sea turtles!  This beach park also offers a grassy area with tables and BBQ grills, a life guards every day of the week and stunning views of the Pacific and nearby islands! Kihei Akahi B102 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the ground floor, perfect for easy access to the resort grounds. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy meals at home. This condo features an open floor plan and tile flooring throughout the home.  It also comes with plenty of seating and beds, making it perfect for a group or family.  Enjoy garden views and the scent of plumerias from your private lanai with table seating for four. The master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV (with cable), and an en suite bathroom with private walk-in shower and toilet.  The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed and bunk beds (two Twin size beds.)  The guest bathroom is equipped with a second shower.  In the living room, you will find a couch that converts to a queen bed and a dining table for up to six guests (extra table leaf available at condo.) This condo has been equipped with new furniture, bedding, linens and decor.

Additional Description: The split air conditioning unit is brand new and there is a unit in each and every room which means you will stay cool and comfortable on those warmer days whether you are in the main living area, master bedroom or the guest bedroom! When booking this condo with our management company, we collect the 25-dollar Resort Fee and pay it to the resort on your behalf. (Additional vehicle is 5 dollars a day.) The resort offers two pools, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Resort quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am; greenbelt areas can be used by families but playing with toys, such as balls, is best at nearby beach park. Pools toys allowed when they are for assisted swimming.  The property is also close to many restaurants, shops, golf courses, other top beaches, such as Wailea and Makena Beach. Please note this resort does not have elevators.
