This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, making it perfect for couples or small families. The open-concept living space is designed for relaxation, with a queen sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. Large sliding doors open to your private lanai, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the tropical breeze. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a full dinner after a day at the beach. Enjoy your meals inside at the dining table or outside on the lanai for a true island experience.

Conveniently located, the property is just a short walk or drive from a variety of restaurants, shops, and world-class beaches like Wailea and Makena Beach. Additionally, you’ll find nearby golf courses and plenty of other outdoor activities to explore. When you book with My Perfect Stays, we take care of the 25 dollar/day Resort Fee and pay it directly to the resort on your behalf. For those traveling with more than one vehicle, an additional fee of 5 dollar per day will be charged for the second vehicle. The Kihei Akahi Resort offers a range of amenities, including two pools, tennis courts, and barbecue areas perfect for outdoor dining. Please note that the resort observes quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. While the greenbelt areas are open to families, toys such as balls are best enjoyed at the nearby beach park. Pool toys are permitted if they are used for assisted swimming. Please note that the resort does not have elevators.
