A rare opportunity for enjoying the lifestyle the resort has to offer...close to resort shops and restaurants, a short distance to a lovely pool and golf everywhere! Stylish and unique upgraded interior and furnishings. Highly desirable unit! Adjacent to a green belt creating an open area for enjoying life in a lounge chair or dining al fresco. Attached two-car garage.
My family has enjoyed visiting the desert for years, and especially the La Quinta Resort. What better place to own than at the resort we love. I am also an avid golfer and enjoy the many courses in the area.
