Upon entry, you will find a very spacious open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with breakfast bar. The kitchen opens up to the over-sized living room where you can relax after a long day in the sun. The entire living spaces offers picturesque coastal views with oversized sliding doors that allow the natural light in throughout the entire condo. Off the living room, you will find a screened lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee, an evening cocktail, or dine alfresco. This condo features 3 full-size bedrooms, two of which are primary suites with ensuite bathrooms that feature king-size beds. The other bedroom features double twin bunk beds and sofa where the kids can relax and watch their favorite movies. One Particular Harbor offers award winning waterfront resort living on Florida's last private island. This lovely rental is an ideal place to spend your vacation, as it is equipped with many stunning amenities. This property is part of our Professional Linen Program. Our professional linen service ensures high-quality, hypoallergenic linens are ready for your use upon arrival. These linens are laundered in a commercial setting using only perfume and dye-free soaps, guaranteeing a comfortable and luxurious stay.

AMENITIES Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now open and only a short walk away. Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community. PROXIMITY TO BEACH The condo's prime location offers easy access to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters that make this area a top vacation destination. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE * Pets are not allowed in this home. * Outdoor parking * You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. * This home often allows flexible check in and check out, so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable.
