Enter this modern apartment through a private entrance off a spacious garden deck on the first floor of our 1926 stucco home, located in the lovely Laurelhurst neighborhood of Northeast Seattle, known for beautiful homes, rolling hills, and scenic pathways. Our single-family-homes neighborhood is safe, quiet and garden-like, yet only minutes from UW, Children’s Hospital, and Downtown Seattle. University Village, a unique and upscale outdoor mall nearby, offers shopping and wonderful restaurants.
My husband Lee and I have lived in our 1926 Greek Mediterranean-style house for 20+ years. We've done a lot to it during this time, the latest being a complete remodel of our first/ground floor including the addition of bathroom and kitchen. You'll probably see us working around the yard which we tend to do a lot if the weather is nice! We have two grown kids and a pup named Frannie and she is a mini Australian Labradoodle. We really enjoy hosting and meeting people from all over the world! and we've had people visiting from Indonesia, China, Brazil, and all over the US. We live upstairs and work from home, so we are available if needed to answer questions, or to give you advice on places to eat and visit. Text messaging is best for a quick response.
Laurelhurst is one of the most exclusive single-family-home neighborhoods in Seattle. It's essentially a cul-de-sac, removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet super close to everything Seattle has to offer, plus major hospitals and Univerity of Washington. It's very safe and offers great walking, even at night.
