Access snowmobile trails right from the house, drive just a few minutes to Mount Snow, and enjoy the many amenities of the Chimney Hill Clubhouse less than a quarter-mile around the corner. This two-story cabin makes a picturesque escape in every season, sitting in a quiet woodland setting within Green Mountain National Forest. At the Clubhouse, you'll find indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness room, a game room, tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, ice skating, a barbecue area, a great room with a projection TV, even a kitchen. Close by, you can fish at the community duck pond, hike the Mt. Haystack and Deerfield Ridge Trails (one mile), tee off at Haystack Golf Course (three miles), or ski the slopes of Mount Snow (eight miles). Whether you choose to get around by car (4WD is strongly recommended in winter; there is no garage but there is outdoor parking for three cars) or The Moover, you'll delight in coming home to this darling cabin.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
