Our little gem, is a true hidden serenity! Completely remodeled from top to bottom in early 2025, it's modern amenities and comfortable premium furnishings make it a lovely place to retreat and recharge! Little Gem is located on a street just steps away from our lovely courthouse and plenty of paths for walking! Millersburg holds alot of history, but also offers nice dining experiences, a serenity trail to walk on, shops to browse and just a few minutes to the heart of Amish County for major shopping! While in our area, take in the beautiful scenery or get losts on a back road ... just make sure you remember how many lefts & rights you've taken because our cell service is often not available over the hills!

My heart and passion has been in the world of construction and design for the last 20 years. I fell in Love with Little Gem the first time I saw her, waited 2 months to contact the owner, it was the approach to the home, the white picket fence, the sunshine yellow siding and the tall ceilings the spoke to me and even before the remodel she holds such a peace naturally around her. My husband graciously allowed me to redesign the whole home with some of the most amazing trademens from my team of 20 years, we refreshed her, changed window placements added some lovely tucked in features and opened her up to a world of opportunities! My home is pet friendly, solid surface flooring and the tucked in front yard make it so serene for our guests to bring their furry loves along to stay while visiting! I travel with my pets, and love a good design, comfortable amenities, premium bedding (Tempur-pedic) and soft sheets and all the luxuries of home! I also adored the modern design in the carport shelving that I mimic inside to hold create a lovely pass through to the front sitting space. The back covered patio is a lovely spot for an afternoon glass of wine or early morning coffee.. Your just a street away from the heart of the city, but it feels like your out in the country! Our neighborhood is surrounded with neighbors that have lived on our street for many years and pride themselves in their homes. Many evenings, families are walking on the streets with their dogs or out for an evening stroll. We have a lovely ice cream shop and chocolate shop on the main street.
